The Trophy management team comprises the combined expertise of highly experienced and talented individuals with diverse backgrounds. Together they have developed a comprehensive strategy for oil and gas exploration and remediation. Their years of experience, expertise and determination to succeed, is funneled into the development of energy exploration, fiscal responsibility, corporate governance, and social and environmental sensitivity required for a high-value, growth-oriented business. Their wealth of knowledge in both the financial markets and the oil & gas industry ensures that they can follow through on their corporate initiatives, while delivering and maintaining shareholder value.
Eric Leonetti - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Leonetti brings a wide ranging outside perspective to Trophy Resources, Inc.
A 1981 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Leonetti holds a Six Sigma Certification with a background based in manufacturing and operations in steel processing and B2B service industries.
While leading and restructuring companies or divisions of companies with revenue from $1 million to $125 million dollars annually; Mr. Leonetti played a key role in achieving ISO - 9001 status with two companies in two industries.
This unique and in-depth understanding of policy, procedure and efficiencies will aid in the evolution of those now in use, in conjunction with policies and procedures currently being developed. The end result of this process will be a group of systematic and repeatable standards and methodologies essential to allow the company to grow in both revenue and holdings.
